Return Policy

Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt of your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be undamaged and in its original packaging, even if opened. The item should be unused, with tags still attached. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We partner with Printify Connect, a service that allows you to report any issues directly to the Printify Support Team for a faster resolution. After your order is delivered, you will receive an email asking you to rate your order. If there is an issue with your order, you can report it directly via the link provided in the email and request a free replacement or refund.

Once your return issue has been reported and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from the approval date, please reach out to us at curator@utterwickmuseum.com.
