A young woman sits beside a small table with an open songbook on her lap, singing. Behind her, an elderly woman with a cloth over her head watches attentively. In the foreground, musical instruments such as a lute and violin lie scattered along with stacks of books. On the wall hangs a painting of Lot's flight from Sodom.
