This piece is an eternal astrological calendar adorned with border vignettes. The artwork features images of the sun and moon, scenes from the Old and New Testaments, the four evangelists, zodiac signs, the four parts of the day, virtues, and the four seasons. At the very bottom, there is a knife with a master's mark: a crown above an anchor. Accompanying this, within the frame, is the text: 'In this print/ what you find there / or can spy / in this knife handle / although it seems simple / it was all to be seen.'
