In a captivating scene, a naked human figure is chained by hands and feet to a devil sprawled upon a globe. The devil also holds the human's head in check. Despite his predicament, the human raises his hands in prayer and gazes hopefully towards the heavenly rays in the top left corner. This print is accompanied by a Latin inscription and is part of a fourteen-piece series exploring the path to eternal bliss.
