A beautifully dressed and coiffed woman rides a beast with seven heads and ten horns. From the heavens, an army of riders appears. Additionally, two angels are present, one holding a millstone. On the right in the background, a city is seen engulfed in flames. On the reverse side, there is a Latin Bible text in Gothic script formatted in two columns.
